Creideas opens the door to recruitment careers with LaunchPad. A new recruitment development programme designed to identify and develop ambitious individuals looking to build a long-term career in recruitment. The first Glasgow cohort of 6 places opens for applications on Friday 24th July 2026 with the programme beginning September 2026.
LaunchPad has been created in response to a changing recruitment landscape, recognising that the skills required to succeed today extend far beyond traditional recruitment experience.
Rather than focusing on candidates with traditional recruitment backgrounds, LaunchPad is aimed at people with the right attitude and ambition to succeed, whether they come from hospitality, sales, customer service, retail, property or other people-facing industries. Creideas believes many of the qualities that make an exceptional recruiter cannot simply be taught; they are built through curiosity, resilience and a genuine passion for people.
