- Champion an inclusive, engaging culture.
- Lead engagement, recognition and wellbeing initiatives.
- Support hiring managers with onboarding and interviews.
- Identify development opportunities to support retention and growth.
- Advise managers on people matters.
- Manage employee relations cases, escalating where needed.
