Since our inception, we have been working closely with a leading bank, a digital challenger redefining what modern banking looks like.

Founded in 2014, they offer a smarter, fairer and more human alternative to traditional banking. As their growth accelerated, they needed a recruitment partner who could keep pace. Not just filling roles but building teams that reflected their culture and ambition.

The Challenge

They were growing quickly and needed to scale their teams just as fast. From the start, they were clear: they wanted quality and speed.

Our first brief was to find 25 permanent and 25 temporary hires across key areas including:

  • Anti-Money Laundering Analysts
  • KYC Analysts

  • Worked closely on regional salary benchmarking and hard-to-fill roles
  • Supported their commitment to Diversity and Inclusion, including running monthly workplace seminars
