New opportunity: Financial Crime Quality Assurance Officer within Regional Compliance UK.

We are looking for an experienced financial crime compliance professional to join the team in London, supporting quality assurance reviews across AML, sanctions, counter-terrorist financing and anti-bribery and corruption controls.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical judgement, attention to detail and the confidence to document findings, escalate risks and engage with senior stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing

• Perform QA testing across financial crime controls.
• Review activity across AML, sanctions, CTF and ABC frameworks.
• Assess control effectiveness and document clear, risk-based findings.
• Support remediation tracking, escalation and stakeholder updates.
• Contribute to ad-hoc investigations, projects and wider compliance activity.

What we’re looking for

• Financial crime compliance, QA, investigations or risk/control experience.
• Strong understanding of AML, sanctions, CTF, ABC and three lines of defence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset, sound judgement and high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of UK, EU or German regulation would be advantageous.
